Our client’s Fund Services business based in Guernsey is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Company Secretarial team.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base, as well as assisting the leadership team with managing the Company Secretarial function.
Other duties will include mentoring junior members of the team and being responsible for issuing papers for client board meetings.
The successful candidate will have strong Company Secretarial experience and holds or is currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA.
