We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager to join our client’s ambitious, busy and growing Governance Services team in Guernsey.
You will be responsible for providing high quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business, delivering excellent client services levels at all times. You will assist in developing a team of motivated and highly proficient administrators, providing technical support and training.
In return, you will work with a variety of interesting clients and receive professional development support to ensure you continue to grow as the business grows and achieve your full potential.
If you have solid experience in corporate, trust and fiduciary services and would like to join our client’s friendly and professional team, we would really like to hear from you.
You will have proven corporate administration experience, with a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI), with good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. You will need to have great communication and interpersonal skills, have a proven ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines.
