Carla has over 10 years’ solid experience in recruitment services and staff management. Carla worked for AP Group from 2004 until 2009, before spending ten years working as a manager for the States of Guernsey. She then returned to AP Personnel in 2019.

Carla has completed an NVQ Level II in Business Studies as well as gaining an REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Merit).

Carla’s extensive local network and outstanding knowledge of local recruitment for the finance and commercial sectors put her in a unique position of understanding the challenges that her clients and candidates will face whilst looking for that perfect match.

In her spare time Carla enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and swimming in the sea.
