Our client is seeking to appoint a Trust and Company Administrator, to join their existing team. The Trust Administrator is responsible for a portfolio of clients with oversight from the Team Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to, general day to day administration of trust and company structures, collecting and verifying client due diligence, preparing trustee and board minutes, maintaining asset, nominee and power of attorney registers, bookkeeping and bank/asset reconciliations and dealing with internal audit queries.
The successful candidate will be required to follow all office and CFC procedures, attend training sessions and to meet chargeability targets. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the offshore trust industry is required.
Our client is looking for someone who is a team player, with good communication skills, who shows attention to detail and able to work on your own initiative.
