An exciting opportunity is available for a Trainee Trust Administrator to join one of Guernsey’s leading employers.


They are looking for someone to provide administrative support to ensure a professional service is delivered by the Trust team.


Your responsibilities will include preparing payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers, respond to client queries and correspondence, ensure time is recorded and assist with the collection of fees.


Our client is looking for a candidate who is committed to building a career in trust and company administration and a willingness to learn new skills.

You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to us MS Word, Excel and Outlook and a commitment to providing quality client service. 

You will need good team skills and be flexible to change and the needs of the business, be detail oriented and analytical, have the capability to work in a deadline and volume driven environment, whilst maintaining accuracy and focus and the ability to drive and execute tasks.
