As part of our client’s trainee programme, the Trainee Fund Administrator will study towards a professional qualification and assist with the day-to-day administration of their fund clients under the direction of a manager.
You will assist with all aspects of the administration of their fund clients, assist with the processing of fund operations including, inputting payments, preparing receipt packs and processing investor changes, assist with the maintenance of investor and fund records in the relevant systems, as well as assisting with company secretarial matters including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
Our client is looking for a strong organiser and communicator, with good computer literacy and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn and commitment to studies.
Some office-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential for this entry level position, English and Maths GSCEs (or equivalent) are essential, and A-levels would be preferred.
