A Guernsey based, family-owned independent Fiduciary and Fund administration business specialising in the Venture Capital world, is seeking to appoint a Trainee Business Support Analyst.
The Trainee Business Support Analyst will work within the Business Support Team which provides administrative support to the business in relation with compliance, onboarding, and monitoring, to both licensed investment business and fiduciary business. The Trainee Analyst will similarly assist the Compliance Team with collating data for the completion of regulatory returns, and reconciling regulatory registers.
You will need to have a willingness to learn and have the flexibility to undertake a range of compliance, governance and onboarding tasks for both the Business Support Team and the Compliance Team.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, strong IT skills, be self-motivated and organised, with good problem-solving skills.
This role would suit a A Level school leaver or a graduate looking to launch their career in the finance sector, equally applications from anyone with 1 – 2 years’ experience in the finance sector.
Training and support will be adapted to suit the preferred candidate.
