Our client is seeking to employ a Temporary Retail Customer Greeter to work 37.5 hours per week until 28 February 2024.
In this role you will provide an efficient, professional support service to customers enquiring about purchasing, products and services sold by our client, manage a customer waiting list so all customers are seen by a member of the sales or support team, exude a confidence that will put customers at ease, and greet all customers with a friendly and warm demeanour.
You will need to have a passion for putting the customer first, with previous sales experience, with an appreciation of the importance of customer service.
You will also need to have the ability to deal with difficult customers, have the ability to deal with and communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
You need to be self-motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team, alongside excellent verbal communication skills.
