A family-owned, independent Fiduciary and Fund administration business are seeking to recruit a People and Culture Manager.
In this role you will act as a key point of contact for employees, be responsible for the smooth running of the People and Culture team, assist with the strategic focus of the department and work on improving operational efficiency through the use of technology.
This role requires strong leadership skills, and expertise in people and culture matters. You will lead the People and Culture team and collaborate with the Head of HR and the Board to deliver a highly effective and supportive service to the business and their employees.
Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 6 years generalist HR experience, who holds or is studying towards CIPD level 5.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to lead a team, have excellent communication, team-work and interpersonal skills, strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills, with a positive, friendly, proactive approach, a genuine interest in people and the culture of the business.
