Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Client Relationship Manager (Payments Administrator).
The Assistant Client Relationship Manager will take pride in helping to manage client expectations and helping to provide efficient, timely and high-quality administration services. The role holder will assist the team in ensuring clients are serviced in an effective and pro-active manner.
This role would suit a candidate with the following skills:
* Good numeracy skills
* Knowledge of different payment types and requirements
* Knowledge of online corporate banking platforms e.g. RBSI EQ, HSBC Net
* Accuracy in data entry
* Ability to prioritise for deadlines/cut offs
* Good communications skills
* Good IT skills
This is a great role for someone with a little experience who is looking to learn the ropes and progress.
