Our client is seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator to assist the Board and team with day-to-day administration, organisation and projects as directed by the line manager and to assist with the implementation of change as required.

In this role you will liaise with and assist the teams regarding client relationship matters, provide administrative support to the Operations, Risk & Governance functions, assist with the implementation and completion of department projects, assist staff with queries/problems and training on systems and set up on banking systems, assist with the promotion and implementation of new departmental processes and procedures.

You will assist with the communication of change and provide support with its implementation, assist with the monitor and review of oversight data, assist with measures which may be required to reduce errors being made within the department, and provide ad hoc assistance to the admin teams when necessary.

You will be educated to ‘A’ Level standard and studying for a relevant professional qualification/or the attainment of a relevant professional qualification, with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience,  You will have the ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and learning mindset, with excellent communication skills, good letter writing skills, numeracy and IT skills, with excellent organisational skills, and a good team player.
