This role would ideally suit a candidate with good lending experience that is looking to join an organisation where there is plenty of opportunity to progress.

Your responsibilities will include working as part of a busy front office lending team, meet with clients, answering queries and reviewing mortgage and loan applications within agreed SLAs (either via email or telephone) and delivering exceptional client service.

You will act as both an internal and external credit advisor assessing client structures and devising client centric solutions, review and renew existing loan facilities, present cases at the bank’s credit committee, assist other Lending Officers in the approval and conclusion of the facilities they underwrite.

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ finance/banking/lending experience (or equivalent), hold or be prepared to undertake qualifications e.g. CEMAP, with excellent administration and communication skills, and be able to work with speed, accuracy and reliability.
