In this role you will maintain the smooth running of the Human Resources function, assist in developing and implementing a coherent people strategy, assist in the recruitment of staff, assist with the monthly payroll process, maintain up to date personnel files, and manage HR issues as and when they arise.
It would be advantageous if you had a good working knowledge of Guernsey employment laws, and 5 years HR experience. It is essential that you have excellent oral / written communication skills, have a professional outlook, be a team player, organised, with a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
