Our Personal and Premium Banking client are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive. They are looking for a new member of the Client Service team who will provide assistance for dealing with their clients daily banking requirements.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day client service, communicating with clients to resolve queries, carry out call backs and arrange online banking activations.  You will provide assistance to other team members during busy times, as well as identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the banks products and services, and work with Relationship Managers to convert these leads.

Your qualifications and skills need to include strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, proficient IT skills, with a keen interest in banking and learning about products/services.  Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required.
