The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Manager.

You will act as first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team, co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice, and attend and run client board meetings and shareholders meetings and review minutes of those meetings.

You will ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines, assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors, as well as supervising and assist in the training and development of staff.

To apply for this role you will need post qualification experience in a financial services environment, supported by a relevant professional qualification (CGI Diploma level or equivalent), a strong understanding of local regulatory framework is essential. You will need to have had exposure to the Guernsey Funds industry, however, transferable skills from another area of Financial Services will be considered, alongside people management experience, and able to evidence that you have managed a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
