An international client has an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join their Trust Control team, to perform Periodic Reviews on their customer base, ensuring the highest fiduciary standards are maintained.
In this role you will be assessing the client book for risk, checking for adherence to procedures and controls as set out in Group Policies, raise action points for their relationship managers to remediate, assist the new business process by conducting reviews, background checks and assessments on prospective customers, and preparing management reporting and ensuring correct data is maintained.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration, in-depth knowledge of Guernsey AML regulations and Trustee and Director responsibilities, be STEP qualified or equivalent, with a general understanding of relevant laws in other offshore jurisdictions.
