An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretary to manage the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of our client’s private equity fund general partners and related entities which are administered in-house.
The ideal candidate would have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a company secretarial role at mid-level to assistant manager level, with willingness to undertake further professional study as appropriate. You will also need experience of attending board meetings and taking minutes.
