A leading provider of Fund Administration is seeking to appoint a Company Secretarial Administrator for a 12-month contract.
This is a diverse role which is pivotal to the business. In this role you will be part of a small team, providing company secretarial services and it requires the successful candidate to work independently and collaboratively across the business where you will be responsible for the day-to-day company secretarial servicers to an allocate client base.
Our client needs to appoint a candidate with proven company secretarial experience, with excellent IT skills, with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need good time management and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude.
