This role is responsible for providing support to the Central Finance Department with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
The Accountant will ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting principles and company policies, assist with the oversight of data input by bookkeepers within the Group, and assist with the implementation of the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, and you will be working towards attaining a relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACCA, ICA or equivalent.
You will need experience with Financial Reporting and Analysis, experience of analytical and problem-solving, good communication skills; both written and verbal, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to build morale and team spirit and act as an ambassador of the Group’s values.
