Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to join an established fiduciary business here in Jersey. You will play an active role in a team of trust and company administrators working closely with Trust Managers and Directors to deliver a consistently high-quality service in the daily administration of a portfolio of Trust, Company and Private Client relationships.
The Senior Trust Administrator will be given responsibility for a portfolio of clients and will be expected to know the affairs of those clients closely. They will maintain all of their clients’ records including drafting minutes and correspondence, maintaining client due diligence and keeping all bank accounts reconciled and record all transactions. They will be responsible for dealing with matters of a complex nature with the need for less support and guidance.
The successful candidate will be expected to have accumulated a minimum of 4 or 5 years’ previous proven trust and company administration experience.
