Our Jersey client, a leading provider of fiduciary services for individual, family, corporate and institutional clients, is looking to recruit a senior fund administrator to be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of complex fund structures, with a focus on private equity.
Key responsibilities include dealing with clients, intermediaries and investors on a daily basis, pro-actively developing and building solutions to meet client needs and growing long term relationships.
Reporting to the Team Manager of the Funds Group, the role holder will attend meetings with clients and their advisers, prepare board meeting minutes and general meeting notes, and ensure that agreed reporting deliverables relating to client activities are prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
Other duties include undertaking client transactions, investment transactions, lending arrangements, payments, investor subscriptions / redemptions, ensuring that all required KYC and customer due diligence information is collected from clients and other third parties.
The successful candidate will possess a high level of integrity and diplomacy coupled with a sound knowledge of fund operations, associated due diligence and AML requirements.
