A reputable law firm based in various jurisdictions globally is seeking a finance administrator for its large finance team in Jersey. The post holder will be responsible for financial administration for the organisation’s global entities. The key responsibilities include supporting the accounts payable, maintaining accounting records, processing payments, performing bank account reconciliations, processing of invoice queries and assisting with other finance operations.

We are looking for a highly diligent person with an organised approach to work, excellent client service and a ‘can do’ attitude. Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office is required and ideally some experience in the use of Viewpoint and HSBCnet. Experience of working in an internal finance team will be an advantage.

We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last five years.
