We are looking to source a strong commercially astute Insurance Learning & Development Officer. The person we are seeking will have an extensive commercial insurance experience and an in-depth local market and product knowledge, ideally also in a field of professional risks. This role will best suit an accomplished insurance professional, wishing to move from a fee-earning role to a non-client facing position in order to share their ideas and knowledge with a new generation of successful brokers. This is a new high profile and interesting role within the business. The post holder will have the ability to make invaluable impact, stimulate the organisation’s growth and contribute towards driving sales from different to a client-facing or BD role perspective. Managerial/supervisory and training & coaching experience is required. At least Dip CII or higher qualification is desirable.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
